I didn't receive my order

If you are having issues with the delivery of your order, or if you never received your shipment, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a short explanation of the situation.

Please include your name and order number.

A team member will be able to work with you to rectify the situation! Our support team may ask our customers to wait up to 5+ business days to let shipping carriers sort the issue out internally.

Marked as delivered, but nothing’s arrived?

If your tracking says your order has been delivered but you’ve not received it, try the following:

  • Double-check safe places around your property

  • Ask a neighbor or building manager in case it was left with them

  • Contact the courier directly to request delivery confirmation or proof of drop-off
