How do I contact LinerX Support?

We always aim to make your LinerX experience as seamless as possible (pun intended), but we know you might need a hand now and then.


Email Support

If you prefer to email us, you can contact the team at [email protected].

To help us respond quickly, please include:

  • Your order number (e.g. #12345)

  • The email address used to place the order

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Any relevant images (if needed)

We aim to respond within 24 hours. During busy periods, it may take a little longer.


Why don’t you have a phone number?

LinerX does not operate a call center and we’re not set up to handle a high volume of phone calls. Our support is entirely online, just like how we started.

While you may occasionally receive automated updates, every conversation is managed by our friendly human team.
