LinerX's policy is to ship either the following or the second working day after an order is received. If you order by 5:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday), your order will ship on the same day. Over 99% of orders ship complete the same day the order is placed. When there is an unusually large influx of orders, such as immediately following a new product announcement or during big sales events, the shipping may take a few extra days as we catch up. Delays due to carriers, customs and import issues and strikes can occur and are unfortunately out of our control. We will assist when possible in resolving these issues but we cannot be held responsible for third party delays.


Things you need to know:

  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Please keep an eye on your junk or spam folder, as emails can sometimes end up there.

  • All delivery timeframes start from the day after you place the order unless specified.

  • Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to Military Addresses or PO boxes.

  • In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Additional notes:

  • Delivery times may vary during sales or holiday periods.

  • You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

  • For international orders outside the US, customs duties or import taxes may apply.

Free shipping

We offer fast and free shipping on all of our products to the contiguous United States. All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS. We will stand by free shipping as long as we are able to break even. In some extreme cases, when shipping cost is too much for us to cover, we will notify you with proof of the shipping rate and refund the total amount of your order or we may ask you to cover a portion of the shipping cost, whichever you prefer.

Expedited shipping

  • Expedited shipping options are offered for your convenience. To obtain the shipping cost, please reach out to our team for assistance. Kindly note that all Express orders placed before 5:00 pm EST will be dispatched on the same day. Please be aware that no modifications or cancellations can be made to Express orders once placed.

International shipping

  • Some international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and additional taxes. Shipping costs charged by LinerX do not include customs duties and taxes. These additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are working to provide shipments to all countries and apologize for this inconvenience. Please check out if we are sold near you through an authorized LinerX dealer. Find a list on our site here.

How do I track my order?

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You’ll be able to follow your package's journey every step of the way.

You can also track your order by logging into your LinerX account:

  • Head to ‘Orders’

  • Click on the order you want to track

  • You’ll find the latest updates and tracking details there

🚨 If your tracking link isn’t working or hasn’t updated for 5+ business days, contact our Customer Support team, and we’ll help you out.

Marked as delivered, but nothing’s arrived?

If your tracking says your order has been delivered but you’ve not received it, try the following:

  • Double-check safe places around your property

  • Ask a neighbor or building manager in case it was left with them

  • Contact the courier directly to request delivery confirmation or proof of drop-off
