WHY DOES MY ORDER HAVE ONLY A FEW OF MY ITEMS?

In the first instance, please review your shipping confirmation email with the subject "Your order is on the way" to determine if your order is being sent in multiple packages.

Our goal is to deliver your order in the most efficient and eco-friendly manner. However, sometimes your order may arrive in MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS due to inventory availability and items being sourced from different warehouses.

As a result, your items MIGHT NOT BE SHIPPED AT THE SAME TIME, and you could receive an email stating 'Some items in your order are on the way.' If this occurs, please don't worry; the rest of your order will arrive soon after.

Monitor the status of your orders through your LinerX Account. If your order is divided into separate shipments and items are delivered separately, the status of your order will display as 'Partially Fulfilled.'

This is completely normal, and there is no need to contact our support team in this instance. However, if you encounter significant delays, we'll be available to assist.

MY ORDER ARRIVED, BUT IT'S INCORRECT

In the rare case that you're missing an item or have received the wrong item/order, please contact us right away with the following details, and we'll promptly address the issue:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the item you didn't receive

  • A photo and the name of the item you received (if incorrect)

Once we have the above information, our Customer Support team will resolve the issue as soon as possible!
