Can I change or cancel my order?
We get it, sometimes you change your mind. However, once an order has been shipped, we're not able to amend or cancel it.
This includes:
Adding or removing items
Updating the delivery address
Cancelling the order entirely
Our system moves fast to get your order packed and shipped, which means we can't catch it in time to make changes.
What can I do instead?
If the order is on its way and no longer needed, you can return it once it arrives. Just head to our Returns Portal to start the process.
If you’ve entered the wrong address and the parcel can’t be delivered, it will usually make its way back to us and you’ll be refunded.
