Can I change or cancel my order?
We totally understand—sometimes plans change!
If you’ve just placed an order and need to update or cancel it, you have a 15-minute window to do so. Simply go to your order to make changes.
After this 15-minute window, our system begins processing your order right away so we can get your mats to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, we’re no longer able to make changes or cancellations.
This includes:
Adding or removing items
Updating the shipping address
Canceling the order
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
Our system moves fast to get your order packed and shipped, which means we can't catch it in time to make changes.
What can I do instead?
If the order is on its way and no longer needed, you can return it once it arrives. Just head to our Returns Portal to start the process.
If you’ve entered the wrong address and the parcel can’t be delivered, it will usually make its way back to us and you’ll be refunded.
