Returns Policy

Understand our returns policy.

CHECKOUT+ FREE RETURNS AND PACKAGE PROTECTION:

Shop with confidence, knowing your purchases are protected every step of the way. By selecting Checkout+ and adding Free Returns and Package Protection to your order you get access to:

FREE RETURNS - Return your items for free within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. If you're not completely satisfied, we've got you covered. Return shipping label is on us, and you can choose a full refund or store credit.

PACKAGE PROTECTION - If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we've got you covered. If your package delivery has been confirmed, we do not cover items stolen from your residence. Items are deemed "lost" after being stuck in transit without update for at least 7 days.


​UNPROTECTED RETURNS:

RETURNS OF UNUSED PRODUCT

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and all products must be returned in new and unused condition. Items must be unused with original packaging.

Refunds for returns will be issued to the original form of payment. Except for returns of defective product that have been approved,you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs charged at checkout AND all shipping costs to return any product.The shipping costs to return your product(s) will be deducted from the purchase price of your returned product(s), and the net amount will be refunded after the return has been received and accepted.

Return shipping costs may be more or less expensive than the shipping costs on the original purchase, depending on the prevailing shipping rates in effect at the time the return is initiated. Return shipping costs will be communicated to you when a return is initiated.

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

You are entitled to return products if they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. Once approved by our customer service team, the purchase price and any shipping costs will be refunded to you. For instructions on how to return a defective product, please see below.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Should the need arise to make a return, please log in to your account and visit our return portal. From there you will find your order and select the option to "Request Return". Select the items that you wish to return as well as a reason for the return. After submitting your return request our team may need evidence of defects or damage. Should this be the case, you will receive an email with a link to upload images of the items and packaging.

Please note that returns must be initiated within 30 days of item delivery and follow all guidelines of our policy. Please repack the merchandise well protected in a shipping (or original box) making sure you include all items received. Our goal is to always treat you fairly – and we ask the same of you.


When will I get my refund?

In most cases we will need to review the returned product before issuing a refund which typically takes 5-7 business days from the time we receive your returned item at our facility. You will receive an email when we receive your return. Once we initiate your refund, you will be emailed again. Please allow 24-48 hours for the funds to find their way back to your account. If you've received our email confirming the refund and 48 hours have passed without receiving your refund, please contact our LinerX Customer Support team at [email protected].

Good to knows...

  • Please keep any proof of return postage or receipts, just in case we need to review them for your return.

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

  • For purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

  • Refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 7 working days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
