I purchased multiple items. When will they ship?

A preordered and backordered item will include a message that indicates the estimated ship date for the item and your items will ship when they become available. This means you may receive some of your items now and backordered items when they are back in stock.

You will receive an email from our warehouse when items ship. This email will include tracking information and what items shipped.

When will my payment method be charged?

You will be charged when your order is placed.

What about the 30-day return policy?

Our return policy is based on when you receive all items in your order.

What if I want to cancel before my items ship?

You can cancel at any time. Contact our customer support team to assist you.

Note: Items that have not been received can be canceled and refunded immediately. If you have already received items, you will need to return them as per our Return Policy.
